L’accord de libre-échange entre le Maroc et la Turquie :
Signé en 2004 et appliqué depuis 2006, cet ALE vise à renforcer les relations commerciales bilatérales en créant une zone de libre-échange. Cet accord prévoit la suppression progressive des droits de douane sur les produits industriels et une ouverture partielle pour les produits agricoles et agro-industriels. Il a pour objectifs principaux de faciliter les échanges, de promouvoir les investissements entre les deux pays et de stimuler leur coopération économique.
Cependant, l’application de l’accord a révélé un déséquilibre commercial en faveur de la Turquie. En effet, le Maroc importe davantage qu’il n’exporte vers la Turquie. A ce titre, des renégociations ont été entreprises pour protéger les secteurs marocains sensibles, notamment par une révision des avantages tarifaires. Cet accord constitue une opportunité pour le Maroc d’accéder au marché turc tout en représentant un défi pour ses entreprises, appelées à renforcer leur compétitivité.
Free Trade Agreement between Morocco and Turkey
Signed in 2004 and implemented in 2006, this FTA aims to strengthen bilateral trade relations by establishing a free trade zone. The agreement provides for the gradual elimination of tariffs on industrial goods and partial liberalization for agricultural and agro-industrial products. Its primary goals are to facilitate trade, promote investment between the two countries, and enhance economic cooperation.
However, the agreement has revealed a trade imbalance favoring Turkey, with Morocco importing significantly more than it exports. To address this, renegotiations have been undertaken to protect sensitive Moroccan sectors by revising tariff benefits. While the agreement offers Morocco access to the Turkish market, it also poses challenges for Moroccan businesses to enhance their competitiveness.

اتفاقية التجارة الحرة بين المغرب وتركيا، التي وُقعت في عام 2004 ودخلت حيز التنفيذ في عام 2006، تهدف إلى تعزيز العلاقات التجارية بين البلدين من خلال إنشاء منطقة تجارة حرة. تنص الاتفاقية على الإلغاء التدريجي للرسوم الجمركية على المنتجات الصناعية وتحرير جزئي للمنتجات الزراعية والزراعية الصناعية. وتهدف بشكل أساسي إلى تسهيل التبادل التجاري، وتشجيع الاستثمارات المشتركة، وتعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي.
